EuroForm’s standard Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply between EuroForm and the Partner/Customer with regard to the software and/or services and support delivered by EuroForm.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply alongside any separately agreed Partner Agreement.


The software shall be ordered by the Partner/Customer via e-mail to sales@euroform.com


Pricing and specifications may follow from the Partner/Customer agreement or be obtained via a set of offers, published price lists or on request and are subject to change without notice, are not transferable and are valid only for new orders.

All prices are excluding VAT and valid from January 2019 and is subject to change without notice, without a Partner/Customer agreement.

All prices are subject to a yearly indexing per January 1st, based on the index using “HICP-all items for European Union” (Jan. 2019 = index 103,64).

All prices are excluding local taxes, fees and handling charges.

Unless the Partner/Customer provides EuroForm with a valid and correct VAT number upon purchase, the Partner/Customer is responsible for sales-taxes and other taxes associated with the order.

For all shipments a shipment fee is charged. The shipment fee includes costs for billing and administration etc.

For software licenses the administration fee is EUR 10 per invoice for billing and administrations costs. Invoices are sent by email as a PDF-file.

EuroForm is not responsible for incorrect pricing, typographical errors or omissions as a consequence of the misuse of the EuroForm websites and its functions.

Subject to misprints and changes in prices, products, product specifications, bundling and exchange rates without notice.


By purchasing products from EuroForm the Partner/Customer agrees to EuroForm’s Terms and Conditions.

Delivery time is usually within 1-2 days.

Our delivery is always an estimated delivery time. EuroForm disclaims any liability to the purchaser in the event of late delivery.

Payment Terms

All deliveries must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed to by EuroForm.

EuroForm may invoice the Partner/Customer quarterly in advance. The invoice may be issued up to 14 days before the start of a quarter.

Payments shall be made by wire transfer. Bank fee to own bank is paid by each part.

EuroForm may invoice parts of an order separately.

In the event of payment after the due date, the Partner/Customer shall pay interest rate of 2% per month, plus an EUR 30 reminder fee.

The Partner/Customer may freely determine the resale price and payment structure applied to an end user.

Warranty and defects

EuroForm warrants that the software shall be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service for 180 days after delivery.

At delivery, the Partner/Customer shall examine the functionality and quality of the software. If the Partner/Customer concludes that the software deviates from the agreed specifications, the Partner/Customer shall notify EuroForm in writing within 30 days of delivery/download. Failing this, the Partner/Customer will lose the right to claim any support or remedy to any defects which could have been discovered within such 30-day period.

In case of defect, EuroForm will, free of charge and at the option of EuroForm, (i) remedy the defect, (ii) replace the software, or (iii) refund the fee paid.

The warranty shall not apply in the event that the defect is caused by the Partner/Customer; e.g. due to improper or unauthorized use. EuroForm shall be entitled to set off any outstanding amount against any refund.

In the event that a notice of defect is unfounded, the Partner/Customer shall pay an inspection fee of EUR 100 excl. VAT. The price is subject to change without notice.

Subject to misprints and changes in product specifications.

All material/specifications for EuroForm products are generally published in English. The Partner/Customer cannot make claims against EuroForm for manuals in any other language.

Limitation of Liability

The parties shall with the below limitations be liable under the customary Danish liability rule.

In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profit and loss of data) in connection with or arising out of this agreement or the furnishing, functioning, use, sale, distribution or marketing of the software or any related item or service provided.

In no event shall EuroForm’s liability under this agreement exceed the total license fee paid by the Partner/Customer for the past 3 months.

The above limitations of liability shall also apply to any product liability claim.

Neither party shall be liable for losses resulting from force majeure.

The limitation of liability applies in respect to all parties, including the Partner/Customer’s end user.

Personal Data and Data Protection

JetAdvice products collect large amounts of printing data without relating to identifiable individuals, i.e. no users of printers are identified by the JetAdvice solutions.

As part of the management tool, the customer can give access to a few individuals in order for them to manage the JetAdvice products on behalf of the customer. These individuals receive a JetAdvice login, which includes a registration of contact information.

JetAdvice customers are data controllers for the individuals they give access to JetAdvice and the customers are responsible for fulfilling the rights according to the GDPR, including providing information according to Article 13 (Privacy Policy).

EuroForm does not process personal data on behalf of JetAdvice customers and consequently, there is no data processing relationship (and no basis for a data processing agreement). EuroForm is an independent data controller in terms of the few users signing up for an account to manage the JetAdvice solution which data are registered for merely practical purposes.
