If you are not registered as a JetAdvice Manager user yet, contact us to get started.

Every JetAdvice customer must install the JetAdvice Data Collector. It’s really simple and takes less than 5 minutes.

To enable HP’s Smart Device Services for Remote Management in JetAdvice Manager, users are required to also install the HP SDS client; preferably on the same server as the JetAdvice Data Collector.

If you experience any challenges with proxy or ports, a comprehensive and easy-to-use FAQ and a number of guiding videos are available online.
